Do you have the WildTangent web driver installed on your system?
If not, you can get it here.
Do you have WildTangent listed in your Display Properties under Screen Savers?
If not, check the Program Files for the folder WildTangent Screen Savers. If it is not present, right click on the start button, and click on find. Enter "WildTangent" and look for the folder. If you can not find this folder on your system, try downloading it again. The download will automaticaly list "WildTangent" in your Display Properties. After downloading be sure to select "WildTangent" from the list.
Is the screen saver listed under settings in the WildTangent Display Properties?
If not, try downloading it again. The download may have been interrupted during the transfer. If it is still not listed, and you have multiple hard drives, search the other hard drives for "WildTangent". The Screen Savers install to the default hard drive unless specified to install elsewhere.
Is sound not responding in W95?
There are known problems with sound in versions of DirectX earlier than DX7, on a W95 operating system. To resolve these issues you can upgrade here. Having no sound will not interfere with the performance of the screensavers if you do not wish to upgrade.
Do you have a supported browser?
The WildTangent web driver requires
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4+.
Do you have DirectX?
The WildTangent web driver requires you to have Microsoft's DirectX installed on your system. Most systems already have DirectX installed, but if yours doesn't, you can get it here.
